… is ruled by venus, the antidote to & polar opposite of mars, who rules aries. venus wants us to stop & smell the flowers like gentle ferdinand the bull, which is what we might be in the mood for after all our effort & charging forward under the sway of aries. while aries invited us to do, taurus invites us to be & to feel into the goodness of our life, to IN-joy what we have.
what’s the point of having a cozy couch to sprawl in if we never sprawl, a beautiful, efficient kitchen to cook in if we never cook, never invite friends over for dinner?
kṛttikā …
… is ruled by agni, the god of fire, who discerns & enlightens, gives us clarity, helps us see the truth so we can more fully align with the integrity of who we are. agni is also the fire that consumes, digests what doesn’t serve our highest expression of self.
what untruth, bit of unalignment, are you ready to toss into the sacred fire, burn to ashes?

… the fifth phase of the waning moon, is ruled by goddess vahnivasini, aka “the one dwelling in fire,” as in the fire of inspiration, creative fire, as in light-warmth-transformation. shining light on our darkness, our ignorance, on what might be hiding in our shadow, is the path to transformation.
&, especially with agni ruling kṛttikā, beware getting so fired up with inspiration that you lose sight of your goal, can’t choose just one thing to focus on.

intellect, according to sadhguru, is a mechanical, memory-driven survival tool used to analyze & divide, while intelligence is the all-consuming, living foundation itself.
