it’s friday, july 26, & moon is in pisces, in the starspace called revati. pisces is where we get drunk on, get high on, cosmic bliss, on being one with all that is, where we drop further in rather than further out. of course, there is always the temptation to take the easy way, to use drugs or alcohol or sex to tap into that bliss, or to use food or netflix to check totally out. no judgment, just a chance to notice how we roll. if you can handle another aldous huxley quote:
“if we could sniff or swallow something that would, for five or six hours a day, abolish our solitude as individuals, atone us with our fellows … & make life in all its aspects seem not only worth living, but divinely beautiful & significant, & if this heavenly, world-transfiguring drug were of such a kind that we could wake up next morning with a clear head & an undamaged constitution—then, it seems to me, all our problems … would be wholly solved and earth would become paradise.”
love is the drug, love for ultimate reality, for our true nature, & pisces is the vehicle, facilitates the delivery. enjoy!
revati is ruled by pushan, the cosmic shepherd who guides lost animals home.

“dominion” doesn’t mean “despotism” or “rapacity.” it means “to take responsibility,” to take care of those who need taking care of, for us to guide one another home, b/c we can.
it’s the sixth lunar day (tithi), the sixth phase of the waning moon, until midday, then the seventh. so feel into your confidence this morning, but don’t get stuck on perfectionism, & get ready to surrender this afternoon, perhaps b/c of trying too hard to be perfect & being taught the necessity of humility as a result. just saying!
friday is ruled by venus, whose sign of exaltation is pisces, where moon is today, reminding us that our eternal, fundamentally cosmic essence is LOVE. need i remind you that love is the drug that doesn’t create a hangover?!
