it’s tuesday, june 18, & moon is in libra, in the starspace called vishakha. relationshipy libra is represented by scales, the kind a merchant once used for weighing goods & payment for them, making sure to receive a fair price, that the transaction was equitable for both parties—for the receiver of goods & the giver of goods. any relationship other than the one between parent & child is transactional, is based on an exchange, & libra wants us to make sure it’s a fair exchange, that it creates synergy:
when two givers indulge in a connection, it’s like magic.

if you are doing all the watering, if your partnership (whether business, romantic, platonic or familial) is draining you rather than helping you thrive, well, you get to do something about that, you get to balance the imbalance, have convos, set boundaries & maintain them.
vishakha is the only asterism ruled by two deities, indra & agni, the king & the priest, who represent our material & spiritual existence. vishakha means “two-branched” or “forked,” as in a fork in the road, inviting the question, “which way should i go?” so we may experience some indecision today. but here’s the thing: the king & priest had a very libran relationship—they were interdependent (not codependent): the king supported the priest financially, the priest performed pujas to bless the king’s agenda. we are spiritual beings having a material experience. we get to ask ourselves how our spirituality informs & uplifts our material existence & how our material existence supports our spirituality. after all, it’s really hard to sit in meditation if we’re worried about how we’re going to pay our rent or mortgage.
it’s the twelfth lunar day (tithi), the twelfth phase of the waxing moon, which blesses us with wealth in accordance with our vision, with what we have been praying on. & we know that prayer without action doesn’t work, right? how clear is your vision? what have you been doing about it? what would wealth—spiritual, material, intellectual, philosophical—look like for you? if you’re not sure, today is a good day to get clarity around it.
tuesday is infused with the fiery energy of spiritual warrior mars, who loves to duke it out with our limiting beliefs & other negative tendencies.
