daily bliss robert lukeman

it’s wednesday, may 22, & moon is in the starspace of sagittarius known as purva ashadha, so we’re still feeling the desire to connect to something beyond ourselves, beyond this world, even as we someone or something in this world as the vehicle. who or what allows you to see the face of god? where do you see the face of god? & know that by “face,” i mean experience: who or what allows you to find that place of surrender in yourself that allows you to connect to the great all-ness?

purva ashadha reveals our true personality & nature, despite our efforts to resist, to ignore, them. you know what “they” say: what you resist persists! the truth will out! the truth of our existence cannot, will not, be ignored! eventually, but inevitably, we are going to have to own who we are & stand in our truth.

“it is better to live one’s own destiny, though imperfect, than the destiny of another, even though well-performed,” says the bhagavad-gita.

purva ashadha is ruled by apas, the god of the ocean. the ocean represents the sea of devotion within us, our heart-centeredness. yesterday in mula, we pruned, made room for the tree of our existence to grow taller & stronger. today our process of transformation continues by tapping into our heart energy, trusting our intuition. the watery nature of this asterism is as purifying inside as bathing in mountain-fresh water is on the outside.

it’s the fourth phase of the waning moon today, so you may experience some obstacles amid all this purifying, so call on ganesh to get you through.

& that’s your daily bliss—wednesday is mercury’s day, so use your words wisely.
