it’s monday, november 17, & moon is in libra, in the starspace called citrā. libra vibrates with the frequency of relationships, all shape & sizes of them. venus, who rules libra, is in libra these days, which is considered her office; it’s where she takes care of business. for venus that means not only love (platonic, romantic, familial) but also harmony—venus likes our relationships to be easeful not fraught, which doesn’t mean we should roll over, concede all, compromise everything, which just creates a false sense of harmony.

with venus, who also rules art, strong as strong in libra, we have no excuse for not maxing out our self-expression.

it’s the thirteenth lunar day (tithi), the thirteenth phase of the waning moon, is one of my fave tithis. it is ruled by the goddess sarvamangala, whose name means “all-auspicious one” & who is said to remove all shortcomings & increase all good juju. it is also associated with kamadeva, the hindu cupid. need i say more?
monday is ruled by the moon, who knows that we are more alike than different, that we have more that unites us than divides us, that we are ultimately All One.
